Which plan should I pick?
Personal ($20/mo) is what's available right now — connect your own Facebook account once, we handle the rest. Professional is $10 per group, flat — minimum 5 groups ($50/mo), maximum 50 groups ($500/mo). Done-for-you: we provide the FB account, you never connect or install anything. Is this against Facebook's Terms of Service?
Automated reading of pages — even ones you're a logged-in member of — sits in a gray area that every tool in this category operates in. We don't post, like, or message. We only read. The Professional and Enterprise plans run on accounts we own, so the risk lives with us, not you.
Do I have to give you my Facebook password?
Never, on any plan. On Personal, our Chrome extension captures the session cookie from a browser where you're already logged in — your password is never typed into anything we control. On Professional and Enterprise, you don't connect a Facebook account at all.
What groups can I watch?
On Personal: any group the connected account is a member of, public or private. On Professional/Enterprise: you ask the group admin to approve our watcher account; from then on we're in.
How fast are alerts really?
60 seconds is our SLO across all plans. Median is closer to 22 seconds. Enterprise polls every 30 seconds and can run team-comment automations to first-DM the seller within a minute of the post going live.
What if I only have a phone? No desktop?
Personal tier requires a desktop one time, for ~2 minutes, to install our Chrome extension. After that, everything works on mobile — dashboard, notifications, billing, the whole loop. If you literally have zero desktop access (no friend's laptop, no work computer, no library), your fit is our Professional tier where we provide and manage the FB account; you never connect or install anything.
